FOREVER YOUNG - Music & Back Pages of Bob Dylan 

 

THE START: Jami D, Singer/Songwriter, grew up in Woodstock in the late 1960s & early ‘70s, and was clearly influenced by her artistic and musical surroundings. She has been listening to and singing the many versions of Dylan songs since she was young.

Following the release of the biopic, 'A Complete Unknown' she felt a calling to honor this artist she had been appreciating all these years. She began contacting musicians she had worked with throughout the decades. Finding the best of the best of her favorite New England musicians, “Forever Young” began its work developing a Tribute to the works of Bob Dylan. This Tribute was immediately invited to perform at the iconic Academy of Music Theater in Northampton in 2025 along with a private party of 250 Dylan appreciators in the fall of 2025.

This year, the show finally comes home to where it all began for its Band-Leader, Jami D; back home to The World-Renowned Woodstock Playhouse, where she first was introduced to Dylan as a child! On May 24th, Bob Dylan’s Birthday, Jami’s 10-piece ensemble, along with special performance guests, including Peter Newland of the band FAT and a Show-Time introduction by her brother, Woodstock Poet, Sparrow X-Carter, We Celebrate his Birth with an All Out BOB DYLAN Birthday Bash ~ This will be an Unforgettable Woodstock Event not to be missed!​
