As we approach the Summer of 2024, we are excited to announce our show titles for the 3 major musicals for the Woodstock Playhouse Summer Theatre Festival Season are 'Anything Goes', 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' and 'Jimmy Buffett's Escape to Margaritaville'. Additionally, a comedy/drama and children's theatre event TBD will be presented along with special cabaret evenings further highlighting and showcasing our performers’ talents.

We are seeking individuals that are dynamic, talented, passionate and willing to join us as a member of a team and cast for the Woodstock Playhouse Summer Theatre Festival 2024. Specifically, we are looking for strong Singer/Actors and Singer/Dancers; those who can embrace inspired media exposure and generate a strong social media presence while inspiring audience interest for the full summer season, June 1st through August 18th; with housing, meals and a salary provided.

Past performers from the Woodstock Playhouse Summer Stock Seasons include those who have become cast members of Broadway’s Wicked, The Book of Mormon, Black No More, Dance Captain & Cast Member of SpongeBob SquarePants the Musical, King Kong, Mean Girls, Metropolitan Opera's Fire Shut Up In My Bones, Public Theater's The Visitor, Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular, National and International Tours of Hairspray, Anastasia, Cats, My Fair Lady, Jersey Boys, An Officer and a Gentleman, West Side Story, Rent, Ghost, Fiddler on the Roof, A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, Once, Elf, Mamma Mia, Pretty Woman, as well as cast members and creative staff for Joel Grey’s Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish, and more.

BOX OFFICE EMPLOYEE: Seeking an individual with good math, organizational and people skills. Duties include both box office window and phone sales, event day 'will call window' service, guest services and the concise closing out of a balance sheet each day. Part time; event day sales as per the schedule found on this website, and box office hours for the summer TBD.
PARKING LOT ATTENDANTS: Seeking individuals to direct the inflow and outflow of guest arrival and departure at the Woodstock Playhouse, directing them to appropriate parking areas. Part time; as per the events schedule found on this website; approximately 1+ hour prior to, during, and 1/2 hour+ after the event.
